Our revolutionary and proprietary cellular LTE+ platform.
Our proprietary cellular LTE+ platform is the backbone of our proactive security solutions. Our team has a developed a patented cellular LTE+ platform to create an envelope of wireless camera coverage on-site, and to transmit video feeds and other pertinent data back to our state of the art Live Remote Video Monitoring facility. This revolutionary technology allows us to send large, high-res videos in full resolution with no compromise on video quality or bandwidth. In addition to security footage, we also transmit data for object detection, plate recognition, health monitoring, and communication.
Our cellular platform eliminates the need for wired Internet solutions that may be lacking on sites we protect – including remote construction sites and critical infrastructure properties. This allows for cost savings on digging trenches or running cables throughout the site, and removes the risk of damaging Ethernet cables that may be run on active construction sites. All video footage is securely transmitted back to our Live Remote Video Monitoring facility, through our secure MPLS (Multi-Protocol Label Switching) network. We’ve designed this custom network protocol with National Cellular providers that allows for constant sending of video feeds without the need for “handshakes” utilized in traditional TCP/IP protocols. This proprietary cellular LTE+ platform is at the forefront of remote video security technology, leading the charge in proactive protection.
Artificial Intelligence enhances our detections.
It is no exaggeration to say that artificial intelligence is changing the face of modern security. Our proprietary AI system is able to differentiate human movement from the abundance of visual information caught on camera. Human individuals are uniquely differentiated from inanimate objects, wildlife, weather patterns, and other sources of movement on-site, which allows our Live Remote Video Monitoring operators to make more accurate discernments; minimizing human error and creating a more precise way to detect and deter crime. Our AI platform is continuously learning and adapting to new information and incidents that have occurred on-site – improving with each new piece of data it receives on a daily basis. Through this innovation in AI technology, our detection and crime deterrence rate has risen from 98% to an incredible 99.2%!
Our Video Security Units are a marvel of modern security technology.
We’ve created our own site-ready security technology stack – designed by our in-house team of Engineers at our head office in Stoney Creek, Ontario. Our Video Security Units are fully modular and adaptable to the needs of any site – from construction, to commercial properties, condominiums, critical infrastructure, auto dealerships, and more. Each unit ships pre-assembled to allow for quick installation – leveraging the power of our proprietary cellular LTE+ platform to connect wirelessly.
This is a huge asset to businesses as it provides considerable cost savings and eliminates the need for expensive networks of wires and cables running throughout a site. Multiple units can be installed on-site to offer full protection, creating an envelope of security. Each unit ships standard with 2TB of recording capacity, and features expandable data storage to record up to 18 weeks of video storage, if required. Expansion capabilities allow for integration of additional security peripherals – including thermal cameras, plate readers, and more.
The inclusion of two stationary cameras on each unit establishes perimeter protection and situational awareness, and a powerful PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) camera allows our Monitoring team to drill in on important details in high-resolution. Our Live Remote Video Monitoring team leverage the power of our Video Security Units on a daily basis to deter crime, utilizing proactive deterrents to ward off criminals. Loud, authoritative voice commands from our Live Deterrence speaker let criminals know they are on camera and the site is off-limits. Bright LED strobe lights act as a visual deterrent to inform criminals not to proceed any further. If they don’t heed the warnings of our Live Remote Video Monitoring team, Police will be contacted to attend the scene.
syncroDetect provides an additional layer of protection.
In addition to exterior areas, some properties contain interior and sensitive areas that also require protection. Our wireless intrusion alarm system, syncroDetect, is a cost effective way to implement this additional protection on-site. It can also be advantageous for areas where hardwired connections or video coverage are difficult. The inclusion of window and door contact sensors activate if entry and exit points are breached, and indoor motion sensors detect movement within the enclosed space. With a detection range of up to 2KM (line of sight), syncroDetect can make the difference in helping to protect sensitive areas within a property.
syncroReports is our proprietary security reporting platform.
syncroReports is a first of its kind, all-in-one, full service security reporting platform. Through syncroReports, you can stay in control of all site security efforts with detailed Log Reports, PTZ camera control, and live video feeds. It is also highly effective for project management, where you can track deliveries, arrivals and departures, and employee attendance.
syncroReports provides the necessary information and screenshots you need to address any on-site incidents, and provides access to evidence if it is needed for court cases or testimony. syncroAlerts allows you to build customizes alerts for your security team, and how & when they will be notified should an incident occur. If something does happen on your site, you will be notified immediately when the activity is logged, and kept up to date on every detail.
The addition of syncroPlates enhances security efforts with even more protection. Our license plate reader cameras capture alphanumerical data on license plates and add them into our own searchable database. Licence plate data is converted into searchable metadata, and suspicious vehicles can then be blacklisted from further entry on-site.
