All communication between our units in the field and our monitoring centre is completely private, confidential, and requires internal authorization through each step of the process leading to the commencement and continuation of monitoring.
Competitors’ monitoring units require hardwired internet connections that are vulnerable to and are at constant risk of intrusion. This hardwired internet also becomes a single point of failure in the event of internet instability or connection loss. When the connection becomes unstable, the feed quality will degrade significantly. If the internet connection drops, the video feeds from the entire system will be lost completely.
