Our Live Remote Video Monitoring Service
Serving as the primary vector for detecting and deterring unwanted and criminal activity, live remote video monitoring is the foundation of our services.
To facilitate the coverage of vulnerable areas and assets on site, we strategically place our video security units that feature a range of high-resolution security cameras. Our monitoring operators remotely take control of these cameras to conduct a “patrol” on site, scanning for unwanted activity. Once our operators obtain video evidence of suspicious or criminal activity in progress, they utilize our two-way communications speaker to communicate with the individual on site. By calling out the specific actions and appearances of the individual on site through voice commands, our operators intervene in criminal activity prior to the damage of property and theft of assets on site. If necessary, law enforcement is dispatched if voice commands are unsuccessful.
In a perfect world, all unwanted activity would take place in camera view. Unfortunately, this is not the case, but we have engineered the required contingency!
