The suite of our security units are standard equipped with a minimum of two stationary cameras on board, with the option of additional cameras for sites that require additional coverage. Although these cameras do not pan, tilt, or zoom like their PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) counterparts, stationary cameras are exceptional tools used to secure court quality evidence from a fixed location. Effective video surveillance will always be correlated to superb image quality; simply said, poor image quality will yield poor monitoring results. We ensure our monitoring operators are viewing live video feeds from the highest quality cameras in order to combat this issue. Boasting video resolutions up to 2688 x 1520 at 30fps (frames per second) our stationary cameras produce sharp and detailed images at both close and long-range distances. Diffuse IR (infrared) technology available on our stationary cameras provides excellent ‘near daylight’ image quality during night hours and in low light environments, where criminal activity often takes place.
Prior to installation of our security units, our logistics team will conduct a site survey and inspection of the most optimal installation location of our Pole Unit, and will then strategically place stationary cameras to cover fixed areas that are essential to the overall site security. Once installed, stationary cameras offer an exceptional field of view from any mounting location and are live to monitoring within minutes. Properly configured stationary cameras have contributed to nearly 24,000 deterrences, and a plethora of arrests.
