When police are to be contacted, we provide them with specific details such as the suspect’s actions, their location, physical description & appearance, and any other details to inform law enforcement officers to facilitate an arrest. As our operators are monitoring live security feeds, calls from our monitoring center are for crimes in progress, and as such are prioritized accordingly by police dispatch; providing quicker police response times. After the police are dispatched, our monitoring team keeps a close eye on the suspect, whilst gathering detailed evidence of the offences committed.

When the police arrive on site, they will often contact our monitoring center for an updated report on the situation and the perpetrators’ exact location on site. Once the incident is contained, our video monitoring operators will develop an in-depth incident report containing timestamps of specific actions, high-resolution images, and the associated video feeds. Once the detailed incident report is completed, it is available in our syncroReports information portal for our clients to access. These reports are also utilized by law enforcement to assist in court proceedings, when required. Workplace injuries can often occur with nobody around to respond and assist. Protection from the threat of fire.

One of the most commonly shared hazard across all industries is the ever looming threat of fire. Fires can be devastating to both clients’ assets and employee’s well-being. When a fire is identified during video monitoring hours, our operators will quickly contact the fire department informing them of the emergency.
To combat the threat of fire, we have developed our innovative FireWatch monitoring service. This service includes the implementation of robust video security units that are equipped with high resolution cameras, and smoke & heat detectors, in tandem with our live remote video monitoring services.
If the smoke & heat detectors are tripped, the fire alarm alarm company would contact our UL Certified Video Monitoring Center, where our operators will visually verify the presence of fire or smoke, and contact the fire department if needed.
