The CSA Inspection & SPE-1000 Compliance of equipment is an evaluation & measurement of the durability, reliability, and safety of a device used in different electrical environments. When mounting electrical devices in an outdoor environment in North America, there is a requirement to meet standards for both public and fire safety.
Our products are evaluated by CSA under their Special Inspection program to be compliant with the SPE-1000 Canadian Model Code for the Field Evaluation of Electrical Equipment. This inspection and compliance is a very strenuous process that proves our product meets the highest electrical safety requirements in the country.
