What happens when an incident occurs during non-monitored hours? Even though nobody may be actively watching, our cameras are still recording 24/7, and our Investigations Team can review & report on any incidents that occur, upon request.

How Do We Conduct Investigations?
The first step is for our Investigations Team to obtain a full understanding of the incident that is in question. This is achieved by communication with the client and asking about the who, what, where, when and why of the incident. The more information the client is able to provide, the quicker our investigators will be able to provide results.
