Redefining and raising standards in the remote video monitoring & security surveillance industry has been the unfettered focus of our teams’ efforts since our inception in 2015; developing innovative security technology, relentlessly improving existing services & offerings, all while proactively protecting the assets & property of our clients… and 2022 was no different.
Our innovative security systems, and highly skilled Remote Video Monitoring Operators worked tirelessly throughout the days & nights to protect our clients’ properties. In 2022, our team of operators performed a total of 57,462 crime deterrences; a 50% increase over 2021 – which lends credence to the mantra, and primary objective of our security solutions: to detect & deter criminal behaviour, before it happens.
When criminals were determined & were not deterred by our live intervention, our Monitoring Operators worked alongside Police forces across the country to apprehend 262 individuals throughout the year.
Our Monitoring Team weren’t the only ones posting impressive numbers in 2022! Our determined Sales, Service, Manufacturing, & Client Care teams worked cohesively to realize a 49.2% net increase in unit installations across the country – tapping into a wide variety of industries, ranging from construction, recycling facilities, & utilities to municipalities, auto dealerships, & commercial properties.
With immense growth came recognition, as we were acknowledged by the Globe & Mail | Report on Business as being one of Canada’s Top Growing Companies for the 4th consecutive year – placing #287 of 430 booming companies, with a verified 3-year revenue growth of 118%.

Our innovative technology was ‘clocked in’ all year.
With all of the deterrence actions and installations throughout the year, we kept track of our clients’ site security information and provided them with a seamless, intuitive experience to review this activity through syncroReportsTM; our proprietary portal for accessing security analytics, live video feeds, and in-depth log reports.
In 2022, we observed the activity on and around our clients’ sites, logging a total of 367,220 security reports for our clients’ review. These reports included descriptions, timelines, insights, high-resolution photographs, and video of the events that had transpired.
Through the deployment of our license plate reader cameras, we actively logged & databased the vehicular activity on our clients’ sites – making it available for immediate review in our syncroReports platform. In 2022, we captured a total of 6,771,429 license plates, which was a 15.9% increase over the previous period.
syncroReports continues to provide transparency for our clients, showing the how & when of our security services. In line with our pledge to push the boundaries of the security technology landscape, our proprietary system saw a major update to further improve its effectiveness, and usefulness for our clients:
