UL Certified ® Video Monitoring
UL (Underwriters Laboratories) was founded in 1894, and has since provided world-class certifications for numerous products and services around the world. In 2015, we began the process of building North America’s most advanced, and Canada’s first UL Certified video monitoring center located in Stoney Creek, Ontario.
When the build process was initiated, we felt it was imperative to separate this monitoring center from the competition. In 2017, this facility became the first video monitoring center in Canada to operate under the UL licence of 827A and 827B (CCN#: MDVO, File#: BP21003, under 827A & 827B).
Our UL video security monitoring facility is outfitted with completely redundant stations, UPS batteries, and generator backups for the entire operation. These are just a few of the hundreds of stringent requirements that must be met to receive this certification. When required by your insurance provider, or through industry-related specifications, our team can leverage this center to provide UL Certified ® remote video monitoring services to protect your property.
