Caliber Communications prides itself on the protection of Canadian businesses, while also striving to provide support for our communities as a whole. As such, our team stepped up to take an icy plunge into frigid waters, in support of the Special Olympics!
On March 26th, 2022, Caliber Communications jumped at the opportunity to support over 26,000 Special Olympics Ontario athletes, in the Peel Region Polar Plunge. Organized by the Peel Regional Police Department, and supported by the community, this event invited fundraising teams to take the plunge into a freezing cold pool at the Peel Regional Police Emil V. Kolb Centre in Mississauga!
Our team, The Caliber Penguin Pack, wanted to take our fundraising efforts a step further by matching any donations that were made to our team to support this cause. Additionally, the quick deployment of one of our new Mobile Security Units allowed us to record the whole event from a birds-eye view!
