We are currently seeking Monitoring Operators (Full Time, Bilingual) to help us provide and deliver quality service to our Canada wide client base without compromising the assets they have entrusted us to protect. Reporting directly to the company’s Monitoring Manager, this role is critical to the success and reputation of our Company as we rapidly grow in the marketplace

We are seeking an individual who exhibits high attention to detail as you will be assigned several sites to monitor on our video screens. You must be comfortable contacting various emergency services that will respond to security events taking place at our clients’ sites.

What we are looking for in a team member:

• Individuals who have a high attention to detail, and are experienced with using a computer.
• Experience in contacting emergency services, such as police, ambulance, and fire is preferred, but not necessary.
• A post-secondary education or equivalent experience, in any field.
• Flexibility in the days you are available, with availability to work day, night, and weekend shifts. We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays.
• Availability to work 7 shifts (84 hours) in a 2-week period.
• The ability to work 12 hour shifts, while seated at a desk.
• Sound communication skills, both oral and written, in English & French is necessary.
• Quality references that will vouch for your work, attitude, and attendance.
