Our services are available nationwide and serve a diverse portfolio of industries, ranging from critical infrastructure, construction, power generation, cannabis grow operations, and utilities. Each industry we service presents their own unique challenges and require a robust, flexible security solution in order to be truly effective. Our security units have been designed and engineered from the ground up to be modular, low on power consumption, and have independent communications onboard in order to be live to monitoring without any downtime or excessive installation time. These features and capabilities have contributed to an industry leading 98% deterrence rate, and more than 2,000,000 security log reports created for our clients.
Video monitoring is handled in-house within our UL Certified (CCN#: MDVO, File#: BP21003, under 827A & 827B) facility in Stoney Creek, Ontario. At Caliber, we pride ourselves with offering application specific solutions according to site conditions, enabling us to provide you with cutting edge security solutions. Our units are completely modular and ship pre-programmed, which makes installation extremely efficient; on-site installation is approximately 30 minutes per unit in duration. Our units incorporate stationary cameras, and are equipped with a high-resolution PTZ camera (pan, tilt, zoom) to zoom into the environment and gather specific footage for evidence, and to conduct live video patrols. Each unit is standard equipped with an LED strobe light, siren, and a 2-way communication speaker for live voice deterrence.
Our proprietary platform is engineered with independent, on-board wireless internet communications which ensures the security grid will stay operational in the event of power loss, network connection, or hardware failure within one individual unit. Our units are also manufactured with an external expansion port, providing the ability to extend remote cameras, allowing for strategic placement in additional areas to capture the best views. We also utilize proprietary license plate reading and databasing technology, integrating hardware previously only deployed by government and law enforcement agencies. Through our proprietary syncroReports security reporting software, we have compiled the largest civilian intelligence-based database for vehicles in Canada. This technology also allows us to track known offenders and send alerts instantaneously as they attend the site of any Caliber secured location. In addition to our security system provisions, we also provide industry leading Health & Safety video monitoring, as well as Wi-Fi internet packages and VoIP phone services for project site trailers over our secure LTE communications network.
